How do I cancel transfer from reserve storage to Deliverr ecom fulfillment?

Follow below steps to cancel the transfer order from reserve storage to Deliverr's ecom fulfilment. 

1. Navigate to Inventory -> Transfers in seller portal
2. Shipments eligible for cancellation would have a check box on the left hand side.
3. Select the shipments you want to cancel and click on "Delete Transfer".
4. Click on "Delete Transfer" on the confirmation screen.
5. You'll see a successful message on bottom right of the screen if order is cancelled successful
6. You'll see a failure message on bottom right of the screen if order cannot be cancelled.

Why transfers are not eligible for cancellation or couldn't be cancelled?

Transfers that our warehouse(s) have started to process can not be cancelled via seller portal. Please reach out to support to check if for the possibility of cancellation of such orders.
