Fragile products like liquids, gels and powders, sharp objects like knives, brittle objects like glass and ceramic and delicate items that require "Handle with care" should be packaged with adequate care from a safety and cleanliness perspective. The individual product packaging should withstand the rigors of shipping and handling. Our fulfillment centers will refuse to receive such products if they deems it to be a handling or safety hazard and may entail an extra cost for return and or disposal.
Products with expiry date and lot control
We do not support items that need special handling for expiry dates or those that require lot control.
We do not support temperature sensitive products or products that cannot withstand the prevailing temperatures in any of our fulfillment centers. Temperatures in our fulfillment centers could fall below freezing and go over 120 degrees fahrenheit. So products must withstand these temperatures for the duration of the product's shelf life without adversely affecting product quality.
We do not support individual items that require to be stored in an upright direction. In other words items that carry the directional marking on its package cannot be supported at this time. Case packs that have directional markings will also not be supported at this time.
