Fragile Products
- liquids
- gels
- powders
- sharp objects (e.g., knives)
- brittle/delicate objects (e.g., glass and ceramic)
These items must be packaged properly to ensure the safety of handlers and eliminate any chance for damage, spills, or leaks. Product packaging should be able to withstand the rigors of shipping and handling without requiring any special handling. Our fulfillment centers will refuse to receive such products if they deem them to be a handling or safety hazard, which will be considered non-compliant and incur associated fees, including removal.
All products must be inbounded in boxes
All products inbounding into Deliverr's network must be boxed in a master carton. (Ie. Cannot inbound pallets of bags)
Products with expiry date and lot control
Currently, Deliverr is unable to manage products requiring expiry date or lot control. We cannot track these products accordingly and cannot be held liable for any failure of doing so.
Temperature-sensitive products
Currently, Deliverr is unable to manage temperature-sensitive products. Temperatures in our fulfillment centers may fall below freezing or exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit. As such, products inbounded into Deliverr must be able to withstand these temperatures for the duration of the product's shelf life without adversely affecting product quality.
Products needing to be stored upright or in any specific direction
Currently, Deliverr is unable to manage products that require storage upright or in any specific direction. Even if the product or case pack is labeled with a directional marking, Deliverr cannot guarantee it will be stored accordingly.
