Shipments with receiving issues will carry one of two statuses:
1. Complete with problems
2. Partially complete with problems
While the shipment has been received and stocked by the warehouse, some units may be missing or damaged. You will have the option of investigating a shipment of this status.
If you click into the shipment details view, you will see the following screen:
In the package details card, we will list any units that are damaged or missing. You will be given the option to investigate the problems.
If you select to investigate the issue, we will pre-populate an email for you to send to the support team. We will respond to any investigation request within 2 business days.
