Maximum Box and SKUs Size
All boxes inbounded into Deliverr must meet the following dimensional requirements. Boxes greater than these dimensions present a safety hazard to receiving teams. This applies to all boxes shipped whether by small parcel delivery, LTL (less than truckload), or FTL (full truckload) carrier.
- Longest side 40" or less
- Median side 30" or less
- Shortest side 30" or less
- Weight 50 lbs or less
PLEASE NOTE The max an individual product with Deliverr cannot exceed 40x30x15. The 40x30x30 is only for master cartons when shipping products to Deliverr. If you send a product for fulfillment over 40x30x15 or 50 lbs, we cannot fulfill the unit.
This means all SKUs must also follow these limits. Any SKU greater than the dimensions and weights listed above cannot be fulfilled by Deliverr.
Ship in Own Container (SIOC)
Items over 20 lbs or do not fit into a box that is 18" x 14" x 8" (oversized items) need to be sent in ready to ship. These are maximum requirements for one SKU to be shipped using Deliverr's containers.
If they exceed these dimensions, they must be shipped using a merchant's own customer container (SIOC), which must follow the maximum dimensions listed above. This means Deliverr will not place these items in another box or envelope.
Additionally, at a minimum, the SIOC product needs to be able to fit a 4x6 shipping label.
Deliverr also restricts certain products - please double-check this list so that you are in compliance with our guidelines. Failure to follow these requirements will result in non-compliance fees and the potential removal of your inventory.
Shipping Method Restrictions
When using Deliverr rates, there are sizing restrictions for the various methods.
If your shipment is greater than 250lbs, you are recommended to use Deliverr Freight instead of Small Parcel Delivery. This will also be cheaper for you to inbound.
International shipping dimension requirements
There are additional requirements for international shipping. Products cannot ship internationally if they are any of the following:
1. Greater than 20lbs or Larger than 15" (shortest side) x 24" (median side) x 40" (longest side)
2. Have a billable weight ((Length x Width x Height / 139) + 1lb) that is greater than 20lbs. Length is the longest side, width is the median side, and height is the shortest side. This calculation will be done by Deliverr, and you will see messaging on the Inventory Detail page if the product's billable weight exceeds 20lbs.
