If you notice that a package is lost in transit, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Marketplace Order ID or Deliverr Order ID
- Carrier tracking number
- Product costs. Note: this is your cost for replacing the product, not what the buyer paid.
- Deliverr shipping costs
With this information, Deliverr will file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier reimburses the claim, Deliverr will credit your account that amount.
