Deliverr requests the following for handling packages that are damaged during delivery.
If a buyer contacts you regarding a package that was damaged during delivery, please request the buyer to send pictures of the damaged package and forward them to email@example.com.
We will file a claim with the carrier and reimburse you when the carrier does so.
In the meantime, you are advised to respond to the buyer with a remedy that you deem fit which may include a refund, and/or reship of a replacement item. Outbound charges will apply for reshipping items.
