Once you've confirmed your shipping plan, you'll be able to add tracking details of your shipment that will help us receive your shipment on time.
- Visit the inbound details page of the respective shipping plan
- Scroll down to Send and track your shipment
- Search and select your carrier
- Select shipped date for your shipment
- Enter the BOL number and/or PRO number for your shipment
- If you are using Flexport, you'll be able to connect your Flexport account to Deliverr and receive tracking updates on seller portal.
- Select Flexport from carrier list
- Click on Connect Flexport account
- Authorise Deliverr on Flexport
- Enter Flexport ID to track your shipments
Please note that you'll not be able to track non-Deliverr freight shipments using this method as of now.
