Deliverr works best for you when you connect multiple sales channels so you can have a shared pool of inventory from which we can fulfill orders from everywhere you sell online.

You may encounter the situation where you are connected to the same sales channel twice through two different integrations. This likely happens if you connected to the marketplace through our direct connection, as well as through a listing tool (ListingMirror, ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, etc) or an integration that acts like one (Shopify or BigCommerce).
This can result in double shipping of orders, since the order will come in twice -- once through the direct integration, and again indirectly through the other integration.
Just simply disconnect one of the connections -- either the direct integration between Deliverr and the marketplace OR the connection between the marketplace, whichever you prefer. This will avoid Deliverr getting the same order twice.
