Known Issues
- Connect to the right Google account
- Products must be 'Buy on Google' approved
- Update your credentials if necessary
- Test mode in Google Merchant Center
- Check for third-party interference
Connect to the Right Google Account
Make sure that you connect to the right Google account (the one that is an admin on your Google Merchant Center account) when you setup the direct integration. This may be different from the Google account that you use to log into Deliverr.
If you connect to the wrong account, simply go to sellerportal.deliverr.com/channels/edit/google and update your credentials to connect to the right account.
Products Must be 'Buy on Google' Approved
Deliverr will only import products into our catalog that have been fully approved by Google for "Buy On Google". Products that are in a pending status in Google Merchant Center will not be imported into Deliverr.
This is a separate process that you must go through with Google to get your items approved for sale on their platform. Unfortunately, we cannot help with that approval process.
Visit https://merchants.google.com/mc/shoppingactions/onboarding to see a full list of tasks to complete. The "Your product information" near the end more directly tells you what is necessary to get your products approved.
Update Your Credentials if Necessary
If your credentials (the authorization that you give Google for Deliverr to access your Google Merchant Center account) go invalid, then simply go to https://sellerportal.deliverr.com/channels/edit/google and click 'Update Credentials' to reconnect.
Test Mode in Google Merchant Center
Orders created in Google Merchant Center's test mode (Orders > Test mode) are NOT imported to Deliverr.
Check for Third Party Interference
Be sure to check to see if any other feed rules you have setup in Google Merchant Center. To do this, go to Products > Feeds > Primary Feeds and click through the primary feeds. Switch to 'Feed rules' in the tab on the top to see if you have any rules that may interfere with Deliverr's automatic updates.
