You need your Facebook Business ID to connect your Facebook Shop to Deliverr. Follow the below steps to find it.
Step 1: Start in your Facebook Business account
Go to business.facebook.com. Log in to your Facebook Business account if necessary.
NOTE: If you have several Facebook accounts, make sure that you’re logging into the correct Facebook account that is connected to your Facebook Business account. If you use Facebook to log in to Deliverr, this may or may not be the same email address.
NOTE: If you have multiple businesses linked to your Facebook account, go to business.facebook.com/settings/seller-profiles first to choose which Facebook Shops account you want to connect to Deliverr.
Step 2: In the sidebar, open ‘Accounts,’ then ‘Commerce accounts’
NOTE: If you don’t see ‘Commerce accounts,’ then you may not have permission in your Facebook Business account. Contact your account owner and ask them to go to business.facebook.com/settings/people to make sure you have the right permissions.
Step 3: In the list, click on the commerce account that you want to connect to Deliverr
To copy the Business ID to your clipboard, click the blue link. This is the 15-digit number as shown in red in the example below.
Check that your shop is active
Another necessary step is to make sure that your Facebook Store is active. If it is not active, Deliverr cannot import your product catalog. Go to https://business.facebook.com/commerce_manager and choose the Business ID for your account.
Under 'Shops,' check that you have at least one store active. If not, create one or make an existing store public.
