Go to business.facebook.com. Login to your Facebook Business account if necessary.
Note: If you have several Facebook accounts, make sure that you are logging into the correct Facebook account that is connected to your Facebook business account. If you use Facebook to login into Deliverr, this may or may not be the same email address.
Note: If you have multiple businesses linked to your Facebook account, go to business.facebook.com/settings/seller-profiles first to choose which Facebook Shops account you want to connect to Deliverr.
In the sidebar, open Accounts and then Commerce Accounts.
Note: If you do not see Commerce accounts, then you may not have permission in Facebook Business account. Contact your account owner and ask them to go to business.facebook.com/settings/people to make sure that you have the right permissions.
In the list, click on the commerce account that you want to connect to Deliverr. Click the blue link to copy the Business ID to your clipboard. This is the 15 digit number as shown in red in the example screenshot below.
Check That Your Shop is Active
Another necessary step is to make sure that your Facebook Store is active. If it is not active, then Deliverr cannot import your product catalog. Go to https://business.facebook.com/commerce_manager and choose the Business ID of your account.
Under Shops, check that you have at least one 1 store active. If not, then go through the user interface to create one, or to make one public.
