This report provides details about orders including order creation time, estimated ship time, promised delivery time, and order status.

| Created at |
Timestamp in UTC of when the order was placed. |
|
Marketplace |
The sales channel in which the order was created i.e. Amazon, eBay, Walmart. Marketplace can be Deliverr if the order was created manually in Deliverr seller portal. |
| Marketplace Order ID |
The ID assigned to the order by the marketplace. The ID format is different across marketplaces. |
| Deliverr Order ID |
The unique Deliverr ID assigned to the order when it is ingested by Deliverr. This is the unique identifier used to identify the order within Deliverr. |
| Service Level (Days) |
The number of calendar days between when the order was created and the promised delivery date - typically 1, 2, 3, or 7 days. This is how Deliverr determines how quickly we need to ship the order. |
| Deliverr Order Cost |
The cost to Deliverr to fulfill the order for the given Service Level. |
| Order Creation Time |
Same as CREATED AT. |

Order Received By Deliverr Time |
Timestamp in UTC of when the order was ingested into Deliverr. It is possible for this to differ slightly from CREATED AT And ORDER CREATION TIME if ingestion into Deliverr is delayed by the channel. |

Promised Delivery Time |
Timestamp in UTC of when the order is promised to be delivered to the customer. This is determined one of two ways: Deliverr either gets the promised by date from the marketplace, or if we didn't receive this, Deliverr calculates the Order Creation Time + Given Service Level. |

Estimated Ship Time |
Time the order is expected to ship. Deliverr has a cutoff time of 11am PST. If an order is created before the cutoff time, it is typically expected to ship the same day. If an order is created after the cutoff time, it is typically expected to ship on the next business day. Please refer to our Delivery SLAs here. |

Order Status |
The current status of the order. This can be: Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, or Error. |

Error Reason |
Potential order errors include: Stockout, Bad Address, Inventory Error, Warehouse Error. |
|
Delivery Time |
Timestamp in UTC of the actual delivery time. |
|
Ship to Name |
Name of the customer to which the order will be delivered. |
|
Ship to Address Line 1 |
First line of the address to which the order will be delivered. |
|
Ship to Address Line 2 |
Second line of the address to which the order will be delivered (can be blank). |
|
Ship to City |
City to which the order will be delivered. |
|
Ship to State |
State to which the order will be delivered. |
|
Ship to ZIP |
Zip code to which the order will be delivered. |
|
Disruption Reason |
If there is an event such as inclement weather or carrier outages outside of Deliverr's control, any orders that are affected will show a disruption reason code. |
