If you're using Deliverr to fulfill your Walmart orders, you are automatically eligible for the Free Fast Shipping program. To opt into the program, please go into your Deliverr account, click "Fast Tags" and activate Walmart Fast Tags. It's a simple five-step process.
STEP 1: Grab your API Keys
Follow these instructions to set up and submit your Walmart Client ID and Client Secret: Where do I find my Walmart Client ID and Client Secret
*Note: Consumer ID and Private Key are the same as Client ID and Client Secret
STEP 2: Request access in Seller Central
Sign into Seller Center, navigate to your General Shipping settings page, and click Request Access for the TwoDay shipping program. Note: please DO NOT request access to the Smart Tags program, and if you already have, please deactivate it.
(The SmartTags program will not reflect the proper shipping times provided by our platform and may cause confusion for the shoppers.)
Your performance will be reviewed by Walmart, as explained above, and your status in the program will be reflected on the site within 48 hours..
STEP 3: Set shipping time zone to EST
In Walmart Seller Central, please navigate to your shipping settings by going to Settings > Shipping Profile > Shipping Info. Midway down the page, under "What time zone do you primarily ship from?", select Eastern Standard Time. Set your cutoff times to 2pm EST, Monday to Friday and do not include weekends.
This is important so Deliverr can effectively access the cut-off times for shipping (shipped out on the same day if ordered before 2 pm EST).
STEP 4: Check the acknowledge box
Do I need to do anything with my shipping templates? No. Deliverr will manage your fast tags for you. You should not create any 2-day shipping templates or modify Deliverr's shipping templates.
When can I enable my fast tags? To opt into the fast tagging program, go to the "Add Fast Tag" section in the side panel.
When will the fast shipping methods show up? The fast shipping badges won't show up until your inventory has hit our warehouses. Also, please allow Walmart at least 10 minutes to propagate the credentials that you've entered in Step 1. Walmart has recently updated their user interface to show the badges in this format, along with a delivery date that is 2-3 business days after shipping:
