Before You Begin
Complete the steps below only after Deliverr has received your products into inventory. If Deliverr is set to fulfill your products before, then this may result in backorders in Shopify.
Should I enable or disable?
Read the article Which Shopify Configuration Should I Use? to figure out which Shopify-Deliverr configuration is right for you. Briefly:
- For the Basic Configuration (Default), enable Automatically fulfill the order's line items
- For Multiple Locations and Manual Approval, enable Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items
Enable or Disable in Shopify
Login to your Shopify Account at accounts.shopify.com/store-login. Go to the Settings page, and then go the Checkout page.
Go to Order Processing > After an order has been paid.
- To enable: Select Automatically fulfill the order's line items. We also recommend you check Notify customers of their shipment.
- To disable: Select Do not automatically fulfill any of the order's line items.
Save your changes in Shopify.
Do not manually assign products to Deliverr
There is no need to manually assign products to Deliverr. This happens automatically once Deliverr receives inventory for new SKUs, and have confirmed dimensions and weights for those new SKUs. Any manual changes you make to this field will be overwritten automatically the next time that Deliverr updates inventory levels.
