To get set up, please complete the steps below only after Deliverr has received your products into inventory. If Deliverr is set to fulfill your products prior to actually receiving your products, then Shopify will route all orders to Deliverr, resulting in backorders.
- Log into your Shopify store.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Products and find or select the product.
- Scroll up from the Fulfillment Service dropdown to the Inventory Policy dropdown, and select Deliverr Track's This Variant's Inventory.
- At the top of the screen, select Save your changes.
You're all set, and we're excited to fulfill your Shopify orders!
Step 1. Log in to your Shopify store.
Step 2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Products and find or select the product.
Step 3. Scroll up from the Fulfillment Service dropdown to the Inventory managed by dropdown, and select Deliverr.
Step 4. At the top of the screen, select Save your changes.
Step 5. Set up auto-fulfillment.
If you haven't already done so, you need to make sure that auto-fulfillment is turned on so that orders automatically go from Shopify to Deliverr. To do this, please go to Settings > Checkout > Order Processing. Under "After an order has been paid", select "Automatically fulfill the order's line items", as shown in the screen shot below.
Step 6. At the bottom of the screen, select Save your changes.
