This article is specifically for sellers who have deleted the default "Domestic" shipping zone from Shopify. This can cause errors under "Shipping Method" in your cart during checkout.
If you (the seller) do not set up a Domestic shipping zone before setting Deliverr to fulfill your orders, then Deliverr will ship all orders on standard shipping methods.
To get set up, please complete the below steps.
- Log into your Shopify store.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to and click Settings, and then click Shipping.
- Next, click Add shipping zone.
- Create a name for the zone, such as Domestic, and then click Add countries.
- Search for and select "United States", and click Add.
- Next, add and create either Price based rates or Weight based rates.
- Once you've finished adding your rates, click Save.
