If you are using ChannelAdvisor and have connected both Deliverr and Shipping Solution Software to your CA account, you will need them to filter out orders assigned to Deliverr.
- Create a tag titled "Deliverr" (no quotations) in Shipstation - https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/205901028
- Create an automation rule to not import orders that contain the Deliverr tag. That rule would look something like this: https://cl.ly/c376e5d50cc3
- You will need to contact your Shipping Easy Support team and request that Deliverr orders be filtered out by the DC ID = Deliverr.
- You will need to change your Shipworks to Channel Advisor integration to REST instead of SOAP. Reaching out to the support team to assist.
- You will need to contact your Ordoro Support team and request that Deliverr orders be filtered out by the DC ID = Deliverr.
Once the above is complete orders assigned to Deliverr will not duplicate.
