If you are using a Shipping Solution Software (examples include Shipstation, ShippingEasy, Shiprush, etc.), you will need to make sure they are connected through your integration tool (e.g Zentail, ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, etc.) and not directly with your sales channels. We have outlined the ways to do this based on which integration tool you currently have connected to Deliverr:
Please install the ShipStation app, create a filter assigned to Deliverr, and filter out these orders to prevent double shipping.
If you are using ChannelAdvisor and have connected both Deliverr and Shipping Solution Software to your CA account, you will need them to filter out orders assigned to Deliverr.
You can do this by visiting the app store in Sellbrite and adding the 'ShipStation' App.
Once setup, you will need to contact the support team at ShipStation and ask them to 'break' the direct connection to your fulfillment centre as your orders will be flowing through your integration.
