There are two aspects to setting up your Walmart integration with Deliverr. First, you must set up your Walmart Seller account. Once completed, you will then be able to proceed with the following steps outlined below:
Steps 1-4: Adding Your Product Catalog
Step 5: Sending Inventory to Deliverr
Step 6: Activate Fast Tags
Step 7: Watch Orders Come In
Adding Your Product Catalog:
Step 1: Go to Developer.Walmart.com. Do not type in www before this address, or else it will not work; and log into your account
Step 2: Under the Production Keys tab, all current Solution Providers will populate as shown below.
Note: Do not go to Sandbox Keys, and do not provide your Main/Master Keys (i.e. My API Key).
If you are a new seller and have not previously added Deliverr, select Add New Key for A Solution Provider. In the below pop-up, add Deliverr as a Solution Provider from the dropdown menu and generate new Delegated Access Keys for Deliverr.
Step 3: SET ALL PERMISSIONS TO FULL ACCESS.
To update the permissions settings, select the Permissions icon for your Deliverr Credentials.
Note: You MUST set all columns to "Full Access". If Shipping is not set to full access, you will not gain access to Deliverr <> Walmart multi-node. After you do this, you need not regenerate your keys or enter them anywhere into your Seller Portal again, as your changes are saved in our system. You must SAVE your columns and wait for them to update.
If the options are limited to “No Access” or “View Only”, select "View Only". Some accounts are in "read-only" access and some accounts have "admin" accounts. People with "read-only" accounts will see two options.
Select Full Access if all these options are visible.
Your options must look like this:
After all options have been updated, you must click "SUBMIT" in the lower right (as shown above) in order to set all of these permissions properly.
Step 4: Copying your Delegated Credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) information to add to Deliverr.
To copy your Client ID from Walmart, double-click on your credentials to select them, and then click the blue icon that reads "Copy". After your credentials have been successfully copied, a green check-mark will show Copied.
Your Client ID information will now be copied in full and you can now add them into Deliverr.
To copy your Client Secret from Walmart, you will first need to make your Client Secret visible by clicking the eye icon.
Once visible, you can now proceed to double-click on your credentials to select them, and then click the blue icon that reads "Copy". After your credentials have been successfully copied, a green check-mark will show Copied.
To add the above information into Deliverr:
- In your Deliverr Seller Portal, on the Channels tab, select the Walmart logo.
- Click the Update Credentials link, and paste your Delegated Credentials into the appropriate fields.
Upon providing this information, we will import all of the products from your Walmart seller account into Deliverr.
Step 5: Send Inventory to Deliverr
Now that your products are imported into Deliverr, we'll ask you to send inventory into Deliverr.
Please follow the steps to create your first inbound shipment.
NOTE: For products that have imported successfully into Deliverr, please do not manually update the inventory in your Partner Fulfilled Orders (Deliverr) node in Walmart as that will cause inventory sync errors. Deliverr should automatically update the inventory in Walmart, and please contact Deliverr Support if that is not the case.
Step 6: Activate Fast Tags
If you'd like to opt into the Walmart Free 2-Day Shipping program, please go to the "Fast Tags" section in your Deliverr account and follow these steps to activate the fast tag.
Once you have completed these steps, you will be live on the Walmart Direct integration!
Step 7: Watch orders come in
Once all of your SKUs are received by Deliverr, Deliverr will update (and manage) inventory quantities, update fast tags (once approved by Walmart), and start fulfilling orders.
Important! If you plan to only fulfill some SKUs with Deliverr and signed up prior to March 2020, please contact our support team to ensure your account has been switched to multinode. You can also confirm you are on multinode when you see the "Import Products" on the top right of the "Inventory" page.
This will allow us to only fulfill orders for SKUs that we have inventory for. If you are not on multinode we will ingest all of your Walmart orders.
