Step 1: Log in to your Deliverr Seller Portal account
Click ‘+ Add Integration’ in the left sidebar menu. Then, select ‘+ Add Integration’ under Ecomdash in the list of integrations.
Step 2: Enter your Ecomdash API integration key
You can generate your integration key from your Ecomdash account. From the dashboard, go to the Settings dropdown menu (gear icon) and select ‘Integrations and Tools.’
Locate the Deliverr app and select ‘App Info.’
Copy your Integration Key.
Go back into your Deliverr Seller Portal account to enter this key and select ‘Connect Ecomdash.’ If the integration is successful, a new warehouse will be created in Ecomdash called "Deliverr," and your product catalog will be imported into your Deliverr Seller Portal account.
Step 3: Set up FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL carriers in your Ecomdash account if they are not set up already
Ecomdash has provided a short video walkthrough, which you can watch here. Otherwise, follow these steps:
- Go to your Ecomdash account
- Navigate to the Settings menu (gear icon), then select ‘Shipper Setup,’ then ‘Shipper’
- Click ‘Add New’ and add FedEx, USPS, and DHL
NOTE: You cannot prioritize a warehouse by sales channel in Ecomdash. If you want Ecomdash to prevent Amazon orders from being picked up by Deliverr for fulfillment, please follow the steps below.
- In Ecomdash, navigate to the Settings dropdown menu (gear icon), then select ‘App Store’
- In the Warehouse Settings section, click ‘View’ to open your Storefront Exclusions
3. Select the Amazon storefront and choose ‘Exclude Storefront’
4. Select ‘Back and Save’ to update your warehouse details.
From now on, if you have any orders from this specific sales channel, they will not be routed to Deliverr.

Step 4: Set Deliverr as your priority warehouse for each product
In Ecomdash, navigate to the Products dropdown, then select 'All Products.'
Locate your product and select 'Actions,' then 'View.'
In the warehouse table, select the Use existing warehouse priorities dropdown.
Choose 'Always use Deliverr' as the pinned warehouse for this product.
From the Actions dropdown, select 'Save.' Now,any order with this item will be routed to Deliverr.
NOTE: If you are using a third party labeling solution such as ShipStation, you will ensure that your orders will not be double shipped. You can edit these settings in the Warehouse tab in Ecomdash. Choose 'View' to manage your Dropship/3PL warehouses, and make sure that ShipStation is not checked off.
