IMPORTANT NOTE: You cannot prioritize a warehouse by sales channel in Ecomdash. If you want Ecomdash to exclude your Amazon warehouse orders, please follow the steps after account setup.
1. Choose Ecomdash when creating a new Deliverr account:
When you create a new account at Deliverr, choose Ecomdash from the dropdown menu. You should see a page like the one below with a link to this help article. Once you see the page below, you can continue to the next step:
2. Copy your API integration key from your Ecomdash account:
Sign into your Ecomdash account dashboard and select the App Store section of the Settings menu:
Then find and launch the Mobile/API Key app:
Copy your API integration key as displayed:
Step 3. Enter your API integration key in the form at Deliverr and click Connect Ecomdash
If the integration is successful, a new warehouse will be created in Ecomdash called "Deliverr", and your product catalog will be imported into Deliverr.
Step 4. Set up FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL carriers in your Ecomdash account if they are not set up already. Ecomdash has provided a short walkthrough here in video form.
a. Go to your Ecomdash account.
b. Navigate to Settings > Shipper Setup > Shipper
c. Click "Add New" button and add FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
IMPORTANT: If you would like to prevent Amazon orders from being picked up by Deliverr for fulfillment, follow the steps provided below:
1. Navigate to Settings > Appstore in your Ecomdash account.
2. Click Launch on the Deliverr app.
3. Check the "Exclude Deliverr Warehouse..." box.
4. Pick your Deliverr Warehouse from the dropdown menu.
5. Click Save Settings.
