This help doc is for those with the Walmart Direct Integration only.
If you’re not seeing your orders in in the Deliverr Seller Portal and you’re using the Walmart Direct Integration, please check the following before reaching out to our Support team:
1. Check for a 2-hour delay.
If the order just came in, check back in about 2 hour. Sometimes there’s a slight delay getting the order processed from Walmart to Deliverr, but not to worry! We’ll ensure it gets to your buyer on time.
2. Make sure Walmart Sync is turned on.
Go to Inventory and see if you have activated Walmart Sync. Walmart Sync allows quantity to update from Deliverr to Walmart and also import orders into Deliverr.
Walmart sync that has not been activated looks grayed out like this:
Once the inventory sync is complete, the button will look like this:
3. Check that you have inventory in Deliverr for the SKU in the order. Use the search function if you have a large catalog.
Deliverr only imports orders for which we have inventory. Be sure to never manually change the inventory quantity displayed in Walmart. The inventory updates should be automatic. If this is the case, go ahead and cancel those orders or fulfill them yourself!
4. If a fulfillment provider like ShipStation is connected to Walmart, remove it.
If it’s connected to your Walmart account directly, you will need to remove ShipStation or any other fulfillment providers to your integration. If not, it might acknowledge your orders before Deliverr.
Contact ShipStation to remove this connection.
5. Make sure you have not manually changed the orders status from “Ordered” to “Acknowledged” in Walmart.
Manual acknowledgement, or changing order statuses in Walmart, prevents Deliverr from picking up the order. This is supposed to be an automatic, hands off process!
If you’d like us to fulfill the manually acknowledged order, try to unacknowledge the order and wait two hours to see if the order comes through. If that doesn’t work, manually create the order in Deliverr.
6. Make sure the SKU ID in Deliverr matches your SKU ID in Walmart.
To check this, go to Inventory in Deliverr and look in your specific Go to your listing in Walmart and make sure that the SKUs match.
Walmart Direct Integration:
You must update Walmart Listing to match SKU ID in Deliverr.
If your product has not been live, please edit your SKU here:
If your product has NOT been live, do it here. You must update your listing in Walmart via spreadsheet.
7. Still not getting orders?
Please reach out to the Deliverr Support Team with an image of the order in Walmart Seller Central so that we can investigate!
