You may have received a notice from us about Deliverr cancelling an order - this only occurs when we do not have the required amount of inventory to fulfill an order. This is called a stockout.
When we receive a marketplace order, we immediately search our warehouse network for inventory to be able to completely fulfill the order. If we realize there is not enough inventory available to fulfill the entire order, we will immediately cancel the order and send a notice to you:
If your integration tool points to Deliverr to fulfill a SKU that we do not have, we will not receive the order at all. Please note that we only receive orders -- and therefore, cancelled orders -- if you have sent an inbound shipment of that SKU to our warehouse network.
It is your responsibility to update the fulfillment service provider or cancel the order in your integration. It is important to make these changes as soon as possible to avoid marketplace penalization.
