Open sellerportal.deliverr.com/billing to see your invoices. You can download each invoice in two different ways — a PDF summary version and a CSV line by line version.
PDF Summary Invoice

The PDF invoice shows all of your fees summarized by fee category (fulfillment, storage, inbounds, removals, returns, etc). Credits (if any were applied to this invoice) will appear beneath the subtotal. These include both promotional credits from Deliverr's growth team and appeasement credits from Deliverr's support team. Clawbacks occur when we charge you for a previously granted appeasement credit because we fixed the root cause. For example, if a credit was given for units that went missing during an inbound receive, but a later investigation recovered those units then we will issue a clawback. Clawbacks include claims retractions. |
CSV Line by Line Invoice

The CSV invoice contains the detailed line items that make up the larger groups in the PDF invoice. For example, you can see storage fees per SKU and fulfillment fees per order. Learn more about the content and format of the CSV invoice.
