Are your orders being sent out and delivered on an incorrect transit schedule based on what the buyer selected? An important step to correct this issue to check your shipping option mappings.
Mapping shipping service levels allows Deliverr to select the correct service level for your order. Not setting these up properly can result in Deliverr shipping an order at the wrong service level. For example, a buyer may select 2-day service but we ship it as a standard order.
Add a New Shipping Method
Open https://sellerportal.deliverr.com/settings and go to the tab "Shipping Option Mapping”.
Click the "Add a Shipping Option" link.
First, enter the Shipping Option Name. This should appear exactly the same as it appears for your buyer. Next, on the right select from the drop-down the appropriate service level in Deliverr.
For example, if you use the phrase “Expedited” on your Marketplace for 2-day orders, you’ll want to make the Shipping Option Name “Expedited” and select “2 Day” from the Deliver Service Level dropdown (as you can see in the image below):
Repeat this step for each type of Service Level you provide to your buyers, and finally click “Save Changes” - that’s it! Your service levels (outside of your Walmart and Amazon orders) are now all mapped with Deliverr and orders will route according to what is detailed on this page:
