Are you noticing that your orders that are not coming from eBay, Walmart, or Amazon are being sent out and delivered on an incorrect transit schedule based on what the buyer selected?
An important step that you’ll need to take to ensure your orders that are not coming from eBay, Walmart, or Amazon are shipped according to what the buyer selects is to set up the Shipping Option Mapping in the “Settings” section of the Deliverr Seller Portal.
Click on the “Settings” icon in the left hand corner of the Deliverr Seller Portal and then click on the tab on the top of the screen that reads “Shipping Option Mapping”:
Mapping shipping service levels allows Deliverr to select the correct service level for your order. Not setting these up correctly can result in us shipping an order at the wrong service level. For instance, if your buyer selects 2-day service, we could ship via standard.
To begin mapping shipping services, click the “Add Shipping Option” Link:
Two Fields will appear. The first field is for you to enter the Shipping Option Name - this should read exactly as it does for your buyer. Use the field next to it to select from a drop down menu of Deliverr Service Levels. For example, if you use the phrase “Expedited” on your Marketplace for 2-day orders, you’ll want to make the Shipping Option Name “Expedited” and select “2 Day” from the Deliver Service Level dropdown (as you can see in the image below):
Repeat this step for each type of Service Level you provide to your buyers, and finally click “Save Changes” - that’s it! Your service levels (outside of your eBay, Walmart, and Amazon orders) are now all mapped with Deliverr and orders will route according to what is detailed on this page:
