You are always welcome to file a ticket or request at Deliverr! Someone on our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Here's how to quickly file and keep track of your tickets in the Deliverr Seller Portal:
1. Go to the right hand side of your screen
2. Navigate to the menu
Click the "back" button if a checklist appears.
If you have already onboarded with Deliverr, you should already be in this view.
3. Go to "contact support"
Here, you can view all the tickets that you have filed in the past with Deliverr and keep track of them.
4. Create new ticket to file a new request for our team.
A team member will reach out to you asap! Whenever you want to see their responses, you can navigate to this spot to keep track of your tickets. You should also receive an email response.
