NOTE: Governments are considering warehousing an essential sector to the supply chain and, thus far, no states are requiring them to oblige to the mandatory shut of business.
Standard orders with expected ship dates on Monday may be pushed to Tuesday ship day. On-time delivery will NOT be effected.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Deliverr will continue to communicate any and all updates to our merchants and partners. All updates will be posted here.

Deliverr Warehouses & Shipping Providers
Sending inventory to Deliverr - [as of 4/6/20]: No disruption
Order shipping and delivery - [as of 4/6/20]: No disruption
Deliverr will be in constant communication with every one of our warehouse partners in our network and ready to take action in case of any disruptions to order fulfillment or on-time delivery. We have identified three main areas of concern that we will monitor closely.
Warehouse Reduced Capacity: This may be the case where workers are forced to call off of work due to circumstances caused by the COVID-19 (e.g., daycares/schools closing). We will remain in constant communication with our warehouses and ensure the capacities we have set our in system for each facility are accurate and up to date. This way, they are always able to handle the volume of orders we send to them for fulfillment.
Warehouse Closure: In the event a warehouse ceases operations, all orders that would have been sent to them will be diverted to other operational warehouses in our network, wherever possible. If your inventory is located in only one Deliverr warehouse, we are looking to proactively distribute your inventory to minimize the risk of being unable to fulfill your orders if a warehouse shuts down.
Shipping Disruptions: We have many shipping providers, and in the event one ceases operations for some period of time, we can easily switch shipping methods for orders accordingly, whenever necessary. We will do everything we can to ensure shipments continue to deliver on time.
Additionally, Deliverr has strongly encouraged and offered to provide thermometers, cleaning supplies, and other safety equipment to all of our warehouse partners in order to prepare them as best as possible from being exposed. We will continue to provide solutions as the situations develops.
Deliverr Employee Action
While we monitor the operations of our partners, it’s equally as important we ensure the health and safety of our own Deliverr team. As such, we’ve taken the following measures:
Requiring all employees who can work remotely to do so until further notice
Scheduling additional cleanings of our offices daily
Providing medical masks to all employees
Supplying additional hand-sanitizers in all offices
Preventing external visitors to any of our offices until further notice i.e. interviews, tours, etc
Cancelling any non-essential business travel until further notice
For all employees that need to come into the office, taking their temperature every day. Any employee who has a fever or exhibits any flu-like symptoms will be required to remain at home until they are symptom free for 48 hours without medication
