What are Channels?
Channels are the marketplaces or listing solutions that Deliverr can directly communicate with to sync up product catalogs, import orders, report shipments, and update available inventory. Connecting Deliverr to Channels
When a Deliverr account is first created, you must choose an initial channel so that Deliverr can create product records for inbounding inventory. After that initial setup, you are free to add or suspend channels as needed from your account.
How do I access my Channel options?
Click on the Channels icon on the sidebar of the Deliverr portal:
Using the Channels screen
Channel Status:
Each Channel that you have connected to Deliverr will show in a separate box with its current status. Statuses may be one of the following:
- Active: Fully connected and active with no known issues. Click on the box to edit Fast-Tag configurations or disconnect the channel.
- Disconnected: Has been manually disconnected. Disconnected channels will not import orders nor send inventory updates to the channel. Click on the box to reconnect the channel. Disconnected channels will continue to report shipments for any pending unshipped orders.
- Invalid: The channel should be connected, but the credentials we have for the channel are no longer working and we are unable to communicate with the channel. Click the box to update credentials or disconnect.
Each channel box also displays any relevant fast tags for that channel and shows icons for all connected tags.
Add Sales Channels:
Click this button to choose a new channel to connect with Deliverr. You may add any available channel, but may only have one connection per channel (only connect to one Shopify store, for example).
Using the Channel Details Screen:
Clicking one of the available Channel boxes will bring up a detail screen for that channel:
Channel Actions:
At the top right, you can click the appropriate link to:
Update Credentials: Clicking here will start the process of updating the credentials or permissions for Deliverr to connect to the current channel. If validated (and if the channel is already connected), a new channel product import and inventory sync will be performed for that channel.
Connect/Disconnect: Connecting a channel will validate the current credentials for that channel, import any new catalog items, send current stock levels for connected Deliverr items to the channel, and begin checking for new orders to ship. Disconnecting a channel will zero Deliverr-managed inventory (items already sent to Deliverr) stock levels at the channel and stop importing new orders from that channel.
Fast-Tag Actions:
You can manage your fast tags directly from this screen in any channel that supports a particular type of tag by adding/activating, deactivating, or updating specific tags. Only tags potentially supported by the current channel are displayed. More information about specific tag types is available here:
