When you add an additional channel to Deliverr, it automatically imports the product catalog from the new channel into our system.
If the SKU from the new channel exactly matches a SKU already in our Deliverr catalog, Deliverr will link the two together. You can see this connection on the inventory details page.
In the example below, both the Walmart (yellow) and Wish (blue) icons are colored in. This means both channels are successfully linked for this particular product, ie both of them have a channel alias for this particular SKU.
If your SKUs are different in one channel versus another channel, for whatever reason, then they will not automatically link. The UI will show this as a greyed-out icon on the inventory details page.
For example, the following product was created when the seller originally created their Deliverr account and connected it to Shopify. When they added the Sellbrite channel, Deliverr did not find a matching SKU called ‘LP_TEST_SKUTEST’, so no channel alias was made.
You can manually fix channel aliases by simply clicking on the channel icon and following the instructions. Learn more. From here you can:
- Add an alias, if none exists
- Add an additional alias for an existing channel
- Remove a channel alias for an given channel
