We understand that mistakes happen and plans change, however, we currently do not support the capability to edit a completed inbound shipment after it has been completed. We recognize this as a pain point for many of our sellers so we are exploring options to build out this feature in the future. Thank you for your patience as we continue to grow our product!
In order to make the desired changes, a new inbound will need to be created. We recommend creating a new inbound if changes must be made as inbounds with SKUs that are unknown, unexpected, or in which the quantity received is off by more than 10% will slow the receiving process and will be subject to expensive non-compliance fees.
If you already paid for your inbound shipment and are using Deliverr’s rates you can request a refund. Let our agents know that you clicked “Accept and Charge” or “Confirm” on the payment screen and an agent will process your refund within 1 business day of your e-mail. In times of high volume, the wait may be longer.
