If you disconnect the Walmart direct integration, such as to use a listing tool with Deliverr to fulfill your Walmart orders, we strongly recommend you perform a few clean-up tasks. This will make sure that your orders process correctly when you transition.
Zero Out Inventory in the Deliverr Node
First, log in to Walmart Seller Central. In the ITEMS & INVENTORY menu, go to Bulk Inventory Updates.
Download the ‘Inventory Spec Template’ file to your computer.
In the spreadsheet, put in 0 for the entire second column for all of your items.
Go back to Walmart Seller Central and upload the file.
Important: Make sure that you choose the Deliverr node when you upload.
After you upload the file, Walmart Seller central will process it as a feed. Check the status of a given feed here: seller.walmart.com/items-and-inventory/feed-status/inventory.

Note: We do not recommend you deactivate the Deliverr node for now, since this disables the ability to see pending orders (next step).
Reassign Pending Orders in the Deliverr Node
Next, you will check to see if there are any pending orders in the Deliverr node and handle them appropriately.
First, open Walmart Seller Central. In the ORDER MANAGEMENT menu, go to Orders.
Switch to ‘Partner Fulfilled Orders (Deliverr)’.
This will filter to only show orders currently assigned to Deliverr.
If you see 0 in the Past Due Orders, Orders Due Today, or New Orders section then you are good (no more action necessary).
If you see a non-zero number in one of these categories, you will have to manually fulfill these orders yourself. Click on ‘View Orders’ for that category to see the orders.
