- Navigate to the Catalog Manager in the Facebook Business Manager
- Locate the Shopify product catalog for your Shopify store
- Under settings, change the product catalog's name to "Shopify Product Catalog"
- Try signing up once more
How to fix MULTIPLE_SHOPIFY_PRODUCT_CATALOGS:
You may have multiple Shopify product catalogs. Follow these steps to select one product catalog to use:
- Navigate to the Catalog Manager in the Facebook Business Manager
- Locate the Shopify product catalog for your Shopify store
- Under settings, change the product catalog's name to "Shopify Product Catalog"
- Make sure all other product catalogs are not named "Shopify Product Catalog"
- Try signing up once more
