Shipping orders to Alaska and Hawaii is supported. However, if you would like to edit these settings in your Walmart Seller Center account, you do have the option to prevent these orders from being placed.
Step 1: Select your Default Shipping Template
From within your Walmart Seller Center select the ‘Settings’ drop-down menu.
Under Shipping Profile, select ‘Shipping Templates.’
On the Shipping Templates page, be sure that your Default Shipping Template is selected in the Shipping Templates list. You will only need to manually select this template if you have more than one shipping template.
Step 2: Edit the regions of your Default Shipping Template
Select ‘Edit Template.’
Select the Standard shipping tab.
NOTE: Do not edit the TwoDay tab. Doing so will deactivate your Deliverr Fast Tags.
Select ‘Edit’ below the region details.
In the popup that appears, you may select/unselect the regions you do not wish to ship your product. Then, click ‘Submit.’
Step 3: Don’t forget to save!
After clicking ‘Submit,’ you will be taken back to the Default Shipping Template where you must click ‘Save Template;’ otherwise, your changes will not be saved.
