Let’s go through some examples of how to connect your marketplace accounts to Deliverr successfully, whether you have multiple accounts with the same marketplace, are using a listing tool, or both.
Connecting the same marketplace twice to one Deliverr account
Suppose you have an eBay account with username email@example.com, and you connect eBay to Deliverr via a direct connection to import orders.
If you connect another integration to Deliverr, such as a listing tool (ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, etc.) that is also connected to firstname.lastname@example.org, then it’s possible that Deliverr may import orders twice—from both the direct connection and the listing tool.
The solution is to disconnect one of the integrations—either the direct eBay integration or the listing tool —so Deliverr will only import orders once.
Connecting two different accounts on the same marketplace to one Deliverr account

Suppose you own multiple businesses or brands, and you want the orders for all of your businesses fulfilled through the same Deliverr account. For example, you have two accounts on eBay, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org.
Technically, you can connect both to one Deliverr account (one through a direct integration, and another indirectly through a listing tool). Or you can connect both through your listing tool (please reach out to your listing tool’s Support team to confirm).
Another solution is to create two separate Deliverr accounts for email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. When necessary, simply log out of one account in Deliverr and log back into the other account.
