In general, no. If you want to connect again to the same marketplace, we recommend that you simply create an entirely new Deliverr account at https://login.deliverr.com/signup with a new email address. Then continue to connect your other marketplace account to your second Deliverr account. This also makes it easy to set up fast tags for both marketplace accounts.
If you don’t want to create a new account, then you can use one account but it has some drawbacks. Continue reading to learn more.
Same marketplace account connected twice to one Deliverr account
For example, suppose you have an eBay account that is james@beachsidehats.com. You create a Deliverr account and use our direct connection to eBay to import orders.
If later you connect another integration to Deliverr (such as a listing tool) that is also connected to james@beachsidehats.com at eBay, then it is possible that Deliverr may import orders twice — from both the direct connection and the listing tool.
However, the resolution is easy — simply go to the Deliverr Seller Portal (https://sellerportal.deliverr.com/channels) and disconnect one of the integrations, so we will only import orders once.
Same marketplace, different accounts connected to one Deliverr account
Suppose you own multiple businesses or brands, and you want them all on the same Deliverr account. For example, suppose you have james@beachsidehats.com and james@mountainshoes.com both on eBay.
Technically you can connect both to one Deliverr account (one through a direct integration, and another indirectly through a listing tool). Or you can connect both through your listing tool (please reach out to your listing tool to confirm). However, this is not recommended because we can only set up Fast Tags once, per marketplace account per Deliverr account.
Instead, simply create two separate Deliverr accounts for james@beachsidehats.com and james@mountainshoes.com. Connect to the marketplace and set up fast tags appropriately. When necessary, simply log out of one account in Deliverr and log back into the other account.
