For all non-compliance offences, you are charged per unit received by the fulfillment center. We require our fulfillment centers to report the issue with pictures describing the issue. You will receive an alert in Deliverr to resolve this non-compliance, which sends the proper receiving instructions to the fulfillment center. Once the units are received and counted, you will see a charge on your Completed Shipments Page under the Non-Compliance Summary section. These fees may take a few weeks to appear on your Deliverr invoice.
You will be charged based on your Inbound Performance Level, with the rates shown in the table below.

Deliverr requires a correct, legible barcode on each sellable item.
Non-compliant barcodes prevent fulfillment centers from receiving your inventory. Deliverr must dedicate extra resources to resolve this issue and ensure your products are properly stocked.

Repeat: $0.20 per unit
Critical: $0.40 per unit
