Non-compliance fees are charged per unit and/or per box. Deliverr tries to capture photo evidence of non-compliance where possible.
For Non-Scannable, Incorrect, or Missing Barcodes, your per unit fee will be based on your Inbound Performance Level.

| Inaccurate Shipping Plan Quantities |
The SKU quantities you input on your Shipping Plan must match what you are inbounding to Deliverr. If your plans change, you will need to update this on Seller Portal. Fees apply to unexpected SKUs, short ships, and over ships. |

| Non-Scannable, Missing, or Duplicated Box Contents Labels |
Each box shipped to Deliverr must be labeled with its unique Box Contents Label, which specifies the products and units inside the box. |
Boxes with non-scannable, missing, or duplicated Box Contents Labels cannot be processed and require manual label creation at Deliverr's Crossdock or Fulfillment Centers. |

| Missing Deliverr Prep Pallet Labels |
This only applies for pallets shipped through Deliverr Prep Services. Other freight inbounds do not require pallet labels. |
