Having problems with how Shopify orders are being passed to Deliverr? We've listed some common problems in this article that might resolve your issue. If you still have problems, please feel free to contact our Deliverr customer support team.
Shopify is configured incorrectly for Deliverr
Many common problems relating to Deliverr importing orders can be because your Shopify configuration (how your Shopify account is setup) is setup incorrectly. We've listed several common configurations below. Most sellers use either automatic fulfillment or multiple Shopify locations.
- Automatic fulfillment (default configuration) — Recommended for most merchants who use Deliverr.
- Use multiple Shopify locations with Deliverr (Beta) — Use this configuration if you plan to use Deliverr with other fulfillment parters, also plan to fulfill internationally, or have backorders.
- Set automatic fulfillment for Deliverr only — Requires manual activation from Deliverr support team.
- Manually approve every Shopify order — You will have to manually approve each order and assign to Deliverr.
The Deliverr USA location is missing rates
If you're using multiple Shopify locations with Deliverr, your Deliverr USA location may be missing a shipping rate. Learn more and how to fix this problem.
Double check your third party plugins
Most common issues when dealing with the Shopify integration are related to using other third-party plugins for shipping or fulfillment (such as Shipstation), or in general plugins that modify an order after it has already been placed and passed on to fulfillment (such as Zipify).
We encourage you to limit or disable your use of those other plugins, or to read their help docs and configure them so they do not interfere with Deliverr automatically importing and fulfilling your orders. Of course, please contact our Deliverr customer support team if you have specific concerns.
