Introduction

Facebook Shops is a new integration that you can connect your Deliverr account to, so we can fulfill orders from this exciting new sales channel. Like our other integrations, the Facebook Shops integration automatically performs four common tasks for you:

1. Import your product catalog from Facebook Shops to Deliverr
2. Import your orders from Facebook Shops to Deliverr
3. Update inventory quantity levels from Deliverr to Facebook Shops
4. Update order tracking numbers from Deliverr to Facebook Shops

Currently we only support Facebook Shops (the platform to build and manage a store). We do not support Facebook Marketplace (the user to user local buying & selling platform).

Connect Facebook Shops to Deliverr

For current Deliverr merchants — Go to sellerportal.deliverr.com/channels and select Facebook.

For new Deliverr merchants — Go to sellerportal.deliverr.com/onboarding/choose-your-integration and select Facebook.

Paste the Business ID from your Facebook Shops account. Also remember to make your store public so that Deliverr can import your catalog. Read this help article for more information on both steps.

Facebook will ask you to login to your account (if not already logged in). Click Continue. It will then ask for your permission for Deliverr to access your commerce account. This is necessary to import your catalog, import orders, update inventory levels, and update order tracking information.

Your product catalog will now start importing into Deliverr.

When the catalog import is complete, go to sellerportal.deliverr.com/channels and you should see Facebook as an active integration. Your setup is now complete.

If this is your 2nd, 3rd, or later integration — Check your inventory on sellerportal.deliverr.com/inventory. Deliverr will automatically link your listings from this integration to existing DSKUs based on the SKU value. If there is no matching SKU value in Deliverr, we will create a new DSKU.
