This help center article will break down the 'Order' detail page into sections in order to provide a quick and clear explanation of what each section means and provides. You can view, track, and manage an order by visiting the order detail page.
Order Type
- Order Title - Displays the marketplace order type, marketplace order number (#), service level, and fulfillment fee.
- Marketplace Order ID — ID that uniquely identifies the order on the marketplace it came from.
- Service Level — The promised service level and fulfillment fee for an order when it was placed. Depends on the marketplace the order came from, as well as whether there was a Fast Tag available when the order was placed.
- Cancel Order - To attempt to cancel an order, please find the order on your orders page and click on it. Then, select "Cancel Order" in the top right. Order cancellations may not be eligible depending on what stage the order is in at the fulfillment center.
- Contact Support - You will be able to contact support on the order page with a popup that will allow you to fill in the information needed to initiate a support ticket if you require additional assistance with the order.
- Duplicate Order - If you already have an order in your Seller Portal and need to create the same order with edits to the address, DSKU, or quantity, then you can more easily create a duplicate order by going to the order in question and clicking 'Duplicate Order' in the top right corner. You will then be taken to the 'New Orders' page as shown when creating a manual order just with the order information already filled in.

Order Status
From the time an order is placed until it is delivered to your customer, order status combines warehouse and shipping statuses.
- Order Status Title - This will show where an order is in the order process.
-
Statuses
- Processing - The order has been sent to the warehouse and is now being processed.
- In Transit - The order is with the shipping carrier. We now inject orders to carrier hubs; some no longer pick up.
- Delivered - The order was delivered to the destination address. (Note: This can also be for return to sender)
- Partially Fulfilled - Due to a stockout, the order was only partially fulfilled.
- Invalid Address - The order cannot be processed due to an invalid address and requires attention.
-
- Dates - Shipping dates and delivery dates (both expected and actual) to view throughout the order fulfillment process. These dates will automatically be updated to give sellers the most up-to-date information.
- Shipping - The expected delivery date the order is promised to be shipped by.
- Shipped - The actual date the order was completely shipped on.
- Delivering - The expected delivery date the order is promised to be delivered by.
- Delivered - The actual date the order was completely delivered on.
Please note that Deliverr will automatically upgrade shipping speeds (at no cost) to meet the Promised By Dates listed in the order page. Promised By Dates will only be recalculated after an invalid address verification or a late ingestion from your channels.

Order Detail
- Deliverr Order ID - This is a Deliverr internal order ID number. This enables Deliverr to locate an order internally in order to assist with any issues that may arise and uniquely identifies this order in Deliverr. The Integration ID (Not Shown) uniquely identifies the order on the marketplace it came from. To see the order details for this specific order, copy the Deliverr Order ID and replace the XXXXXXXX in this URL: https://sellerportal.deliverr.com/orders/XXXXXXXX/detail
- Destination - This is the address to which your order will be delivered. The marketplace/listing tool sends the address. We also do an internal address validation to see if there are any issues with the address.
- SKU - This value is an 'as short as possible', alphanumeric (letters and numbers) value associated with Deliverr product records, and used as a shorthand "code" to identify products. This value is also visible and searchable on the Deliverr portal inventory list and detail screens. Unlike the DSKU, this value is assigned by you and created from the imported channel item that was first used to create the Deliverr product. It is not used for internal barcodes at Deliverr, but is useful when connecting your Deliverr catalog to multiple channels (see Managing Product Catalogs) and for reporting and support purposes. The Product SKU value is editable by you on the Deliverr inventory detail screen by clicking on it. It may not be left blank.
- Item Name - It is the name given to an item.
- Details - When a product is created at Deliverr, it is assigned a random value that beings with "D" which is shown as DSKU. You can view and search these values in the Deliverr portal inventory list and detail screens. Once assigned, this value will never change. You may use this value for product packaging barcodes (it is guaranteed to not overlap with other sellers' products) or just for reporting and search purposes. It's helpful to use when communicating with Deliverr support as well, as it helps them find the items in question more easily.
- Qty - Quantity of units for this particular SKU in the order.

Shipment Details
- Package Number - The package amounts, as well as the associated package number, will be displayed. (Note: Given our order fulfillment process, orders can be divided into packages)
- Carrier Tracking - Once the shipment's tracking information is available, it will be provided. Deliverr will send tracking information to your channel.
- Package Stats - This shows how many SKUs and Units have been assigned to the package.
- Details -
- From - The fulfillment center from which the shipment is being fulfilled is displayed.
- Shipment ID - This is the ID number for a Deliverr shipment. For fulfillment centers, the ID number serves as a unique identifier for the shipment. This also allows Deliverr to track down a shipment within the company and aid with any problems that may develop.
- Timeline - Displays the order's tracking history.
