If your orders on Facebook Shops are stuck in the status, "Order pending acknowledgment by Deliverr," here’s what could be wrong:

- Facebook isn’t connected to Deliverr. Make sure you’ve properly set up your Facebook integration using these steps.

- If you’re already connected, try disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook. The order will attempt to reingest.
- NOTE: When reconnecting Facebook, you may need to reauthorize Deliverr in your Facebook Business account.

- Facebook isn’t connected to Deliverr. Make sure you’ve properly set up your Facebook integration using these steps.
- 2. Your credentials are invalid or have expired. Here’s how to refresh your credentials.
- 3. The product ordered does not have inventory in Deliverr.

- To learn whether this is the issue, search the Facebook order ID in the Orders page of your Seller Portal account (Learn more).
- NOTE: Customers can still purchase out of stock products with the Facebook integration. We recommend unlisting the product until you’ve replenished your inventory.

I’m still getting this error after disconnecting
If your orders are still pending, even after you have disconnected Facebook from Deliverr, then unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you on our end. This is an issue on Facebook’s end that we know to impact other integrations, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce. Please contact the Facebook Shops support team to delete Deliverr as the order management application on your Facebook Shops account. Then, fulfill the order manually.
