Before You Begin
By default, Deliverr will import Etsy orders and assign them the 'Standard' service level agreement in Deliverr. This means we fulfill the order with the 'Standard' shipping SLA (service level agreement) and charge you, the merchant, the 'Standard' fulfillment fee for that order.
The following instructions explain how to configure Etsy accordingly so that your customers see expected delivery dates that accurately correspond to the Standard SLA.
If you'd like to offer your customers other shipping options (which will then map to other service levels and fulfillment fees in Deliverr), please read Set Shipping Upgrades in Etsy and Map to Service Levels in Deliverr after you set up a profile below.
Create a Shipping Profile in Etsy
In Etsy Shop Manager, go to 'Shipping Settings' and then click 'Add Profile.'
Build the new shipping profile as follows:

We recommend this time so that the estimated delivery time shown to Etsy customers is most accurate. Lowering the processing time will show a quicker expected delivery date (for possible higher buyer conversion), but it is possible that Deliverr may not fulfill the order before the expected delivery date. |

The delivery time plus the processing time together equal the SLA (service level agreement) of Deliverr's standard shipping (7 business days). |

Finally, go through all of your Etsy listings.
- For listings you do want to fulfill with Deliverr, check that they are using the "Deliverr Shipping Profile."
- For listings you do not want to fulfill with Deliverr, make sure they are using another shipping profile or custom shipping settings that you set.
Other Shipping Settings in Etsy
Free shipping guarantee
Up to you. This is free shipping from the buyer's perspective. Deliverr will still charge you, the merchant, the fulfillment fee. This covers the cost of picking, packing, and shipping your item to the buyer.
Deliverr does not have a fast tag (fast shipping badge) for Etsy, nor do we have a cart minimum feature specifically linked to fast shipping (e.g., something different from what Etsy currently offers).
Package preferences
Leave as default. These options are not relevant, as Deliverr will fulfill orders on your behalf.
Rates and upgrades
Shipping rates: Leave as default. These options are not relevant, as Deliverr fulfills orders on your behalf.
Shipping upgrades: Optional. This is up to you if you want to offer your customers the ability to purchase a faster shipping speed for their order.
- Enabled — Requires you to create shipping upgrades in your shipping profile and map them to service levels in Deliverr. For more info: Set Shipping Upgrades in Etsy and Map to Service Levels in Deliverr.
- Disabled — Deliverr will fulfill all Etsy orders at Standard shipping SLAs and fulfillment rates.
