Before you get started
First, try syncing your catalog in your Deliverr Seller Portal account by going to the Inventory page and clicking ‘Sync Catalog.’ Though your catalog updates itself every 4 hours, this will push a manual catalog import for all of your active integrations.
Etsy-Specific Troubleshooting Checklist
Does your listing have a SKU value?
A common reason your listing or the variations on your listing do not import is because they do not have a SKU value.
On the listing page in Etsy, go to the Variations section. Every variation should have a SKU value.
If you do not see “SKU” as a column, then click 'Edit variations' and enable “SKUs vary for each …” and “Quantities vary for each …”
Save your changes by clicking ‘Update.’ Return to the Inventory page of your Deliverr Seller Portal account and click ‘Sync Catalog’ to retry importing the listing.
Does your listing have quotation marks (“) in the product name?
Etsy product listings with quotation marks will fail to import into your Deliverr inventory. To correct this issue, remove the quotation marks in Etsy, then return to the Inventory page of your Deliverr Seller Portal and click ‘Sync Catalog.’
