The easiest way to solve this problem is to create a feed (a CSV file that you upload to Walmart for processing) that will update the inventory levels for your SKUs in Walmart.
Read the article Send a Bulk Inventory Update for Walmart for instructions to create and submit a feed.
To solve the out of stock problem, you will create three feeds:
1. Create a feed to zero out the seller fulfilled node.
- In the spreadsheet, enter 0 in the second column ('New Quantity') all SKUs
- In Walmart Seller Central, when you upload the file, select the Seller Fulfilled Node.
2. Create a feed to zero out the partner fulfilled node.
- In the spreadsheet, enter 0 in the second column ('New Quantity') all SKUs
- In Walmart Seller Central, when you upload the file, select MP_Deliverr (the partner fulfilled node).
3. Create a feed to correctly populate the partner fulfilled node.
- In the spreadsheet, find the 'Available' quantity on sellerportal.deliverr.com/inventory and enter it into the second column ('New Quantity') for all of your SKUs.
- In Walmart Seller Central, when you upload the file, select MP_Deliverr (the partner fulfilled node).
Do not update inventory in Walmart Seller Center on the Manage Items page. Use the feed solution described above for the best results.
