It's very quick to start processing returns with Deliverr. Please follow the step below:
Step 1: Getting started
- Visit the "Returns" tab located on the left sidebar by logging into Deliverr seller portal.
- Click on "Get Started for free", no payment required!
Step 2: Select return destination
Select how do you want to process your returns.
- Return to Deliverr
Deliverr will inspect and process your returns within 3 business day of receiving them for an inspection fee of $3 per unit.
- Return to your location
Incase, you wish to only create RMA and generate return labels on Deliverr without Deliverr processing them, please select this option to get such returns delivered back to you.
Step 3a: Return to Deliverr
Select a product category that best suits the type of product you sell. Deliverr will use this information to determine the inspection procedure to follow.
Click on "Complete Setup" to proceed further.

Step 3b: Return to your location
Enter the address of the location where you want the returns to be sent.
Click on "Complete Setup".
Congratulations, you're ready to create returns. Visit our returns help centre to learn more on creating and managing returns.
