Send back means that you can chose to get the returned items back to your location basis inspection outcome. Please follow below steps to configure send back for your returns.
Step 1: Decide the condition for which you would like to get back your items.
Step 2: Click on Manage
Step 3: Select Send back to your location
Step 4: Enter the address and click on Save
Voila! Send back is now configured for all returned items that arrive in the condition as configured by you.

For what conditions is Send back available?
Currently, send back is only available for Used items. We will enable Send backs for other conditions shortly.
When would the items be sent back to me?
Currently, the items would be sent back as and when we would have accumulated at least a box worth of items. This would help us manage shipping costs for you.
How much would send back cost?
You’ll be only charged the shipping fee incurred for sending the items back to you in addition to the usual inspection and handling fee.
