Why is the units per case field locked when I am trying to outbound?
We currently do not open or break cases in Reserve Storage. All SKUs received into Reserve Storage must go out in full case quantities. We have locked the units per case field for each SKU to the units per case that was indicated when the SKU was first inbounded into Reserve Storage. This makes it easy for you to request only full case quantities when outbounding and prevents typos/errors that could hinder our ability to process your outbound in a timely manner
The units per case field is incorrect for one of my SKUs, what should I do?
Please contact our Support team following the instructions here and tell them which SKU the units per case is incorrect for and what the correct number of units per case should be. Ensure that this units per case matches what was actually inbounded into Reserve Storage. We will update the number in our system and get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
Moving forward please ensure that when inbounding a SKU to Reserve Storage you provide us with accurate case pack dimensions and quantities so that we can seamless process your outbound orders.
